La banda de rock sueca The Refreshments le ha dado al clásico navideño de ROY WOOD / Wizzard «I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday» un nuevo sonido en su álbum navideño «Christmas Cheer», ya que interpretan esta canción con una mezcla de rock & roll de los 50 y rock de pub de los 70 en un sonido muy refrescante.
The Refreshments son: Joakim Arnell (bajo, voz), Mats Forsberg (batería), Jonas Göransson (guitarra, voz), Johan Blohm (piano, voz) y se fundó en 1989. Han trabajado en el estudio y en producciones con Billy Bremner (Rockpile) y Dave Edmunds. (Love Sculpture) e incluso han realizado una gira con Status Quo.
Su álbum debut «Both Rock’n’Roll» fue lanzado en 1995. Hasta ahora han producido 24 álbumes, varios de los cuales han sido refinados en oro y platino.

The Refreshments are: Joakim Arnell (bass, vocals), Mats Forsberg (drums), Jonas Göransson (guitar, vocals), Johan Blohm (piano, vocals) and were founded in 1989. They have worked in the studio and on productions with Billy Bremner (Rockpile) and Dave Edmunds. (Love Sculpture) and have even toured with Status Quo.
Their debut album "Both Rock'n'Roll" was released in 1995. They have so far produced 24 albums, several of which have gone gold and platinum.
The 2020 Christmas album, which was released on November 13, 2020, contains 14 Christmas songs that were mixed and produced by Joakim Arnell.
