Ni es pertinente ni viene al caso, pero…
Hay quienes ven más allá de donde debieran y utilizan sus artimañas para transformar lo que no es en, quizá, lo que les hubiese gustado que fuese… A mi, particularmente, esta obra musical de JEFF WAYNE’S me encanta, tengo que reconocerlo, y hasta diría que estaría dispuesto a ir a ver el espectáculo en vivo si tuviese ocasión. Pero de ahí a mezclar a JEFF LYNNE con este sensacional musical, creo que va un abismo. Aún así, el ingenio del creador de esta portada nos ha hecho traer a nuestra web este «engendro», quizá para que quienes no conozcan esta obra musical, tengan a bien experimentar la sensación de escucharla y disfrutar de ella como es debido, porque en THE WAR OF THE WORLDS, JEFF WAYNE’S dejó patente gran parte de su talento interpretativo e imaginación musical de una forma magistral.

Some people see beyond where they should and use their cunning to transform what isn't into, perhaps, what they would have liked it to be… Personally, I love this musical work by JEFF WAYNE; I must admit it, and I'd even say I'd be willing to see the live show if I had the chance. But mixing JEFF LYNNE with this sensational musical, I believe, is a stretch. Even so, the ingenuity of the creator of this cover has brought this hybrid to our website, perhaps so that those who are unfamiliar with this musical work might experience the sensation of listening to and enjoying it as it deserves. Here, JEFF WAYNE showcased a significant part of his interpretive talent and imagination.
