«YOU GOT IT» La película. Una historia de amor de manos del director de «Bohemian Rhapsody»
Aunque todavía es provisional su título «YOU GOT IT» será una película sobre la historia de amor de ROY ORBISON con Bárbara Orbison, quien, además de ser su representante, jugó un papel clave en su resurgimiento artístico entre la tragedia y el éxito, antes de que falleciese a los 52 años a consecuencia de un ataque al corazón en diciembre de 1988, justo un mes después de terminar su afamado álbum de regreso en solitario «MYSTERY GIRL» con producción de JEFF LYNNE.
Compelling Pictures llevará el proyecto adelante junto a la familia, mostrando así su talento, desafíos y triunfos de su vida personal y artística.
ROY ORBISON vivió durante su vida momentos de enorme dolor cuando murió su primera esposa Claudette en un accidente de moto en 1966 y pocos años más tarde sus dos hijos mayores en el incendio de su propia vivienda. Aún así creó canciones que aún hoy son himnos como «OH, PRETTY WOMAN», CRYING», «ONLY THE LONELY» o «IN DREAMS» entre otros tantos…
Durante los ’80 renació consiguiendo un Grammy e incluso ser miembro del famoso Salón de la Fama del Rock and Roll y formó junto a BOB DYLAN, GEORGE HARRISON, TOM PETTY y JEFF LYNNE en lo que fue una auténtica e inigualable superbanda denominada TRAVELING WILBURYS.
