El «arte» de coleccionar ELO…
Sabíamos de la pasión de algunos fans de ELO/JEFF por conseguir una reproducción de muñequitos o maqueta de cada uno de los componentes de la banda para su colección particular y, aquí está el ejemplo de ello. La banda al completo que a muchos les hará ilusión, en esta ocasión con los LEGO, posiblemente personalizados por artistas coleccionistas de este famoso juego.
El «arte» de coleccionar artículos de ELO para algunos otros fans llega ya un poco tarde, bien sea porque el anuncio «LIGHTS OUT» ha enfriado el entusiasmo de los mismos, o por la edad que muchos de nosotros ya alcanza, como la del propio JEFF LYNNE, la época de reposar y vivir de los recuerdos…
Asumir esto no es igual de fácil para todos, puesto que cada cual lo lleva «a su manera», pero no deja de ser una auténtica realidad y evidencia de la que no podemos evadirnos. Lo bueno de ello es que, viendo a éstos últimos que todavía conservan esa «ilusión» podemos, de algún modo, contagiarnos, aunque sólo sea de su alegría y creer, por unos momentos, que todavía vivimos la que fue época dorada de ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA.

For some other fans, however, the “art” of collecting ELO memorabilia might now feel a bit late—perhaps because the recent “LIGHTS OUT” announcement has cooled their enthusiasm, or simply due to the age many of us have reached, just like JEFF LYNNE himself. It’s a time for rest, and for living through memories...
Coming to terms with this isn’t easy for everyone—it’s something each person handles “in their own way”—but it’s nonetheless a real and undeniable truth. The bright side is that when we see those who still carry that “spark” of excitement, we can somehow catch a bit of that energy ourselves, even if it’s just through their joy—and believe, for a few fleeting moments, that we’re still living in the golden era of ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA.
