«DEAR ELAINE» es un tema de ROY WOOD que se incluye en su álbum BOULDERS y que, ahora aparece en Youtube con portada de NO ANSWER de ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA en versión renombrada y no oficial 2021 SUPER DELUXE EDITION, quizá porque se interpretó numerosas veces por ELO en los inicios de sus conciertos en directo allá por 1972.
Lo cierto es que «DEAR ELAINE» suena muy bien, es un muy buen tema y, en efecto, bien podría haber sido un corte más dentro de NO ANSWER perfectamente. Dejamos constancia en nuestra web de ello.
Por otro lado, dejamos constancia de que 2021 SUPER DELUXE EDITION no es un lanzamiento oficial, sino más bien, el anuncio de la próxima remezcla de canciones a partir de multipistas oficiales por parte de un fan de ELO, que considera que este disco es el peor mezclado de toda la colección de la banda.
El mismo fan asegura que tiene acceso a una gran cantidad de temas extra de las sesiones, que ha remasterizado para mejorar la calidad del sonido, e intentará acabar este trabajo para el próximo día 3 de diciembre de 2021.

"DEAR ELAINE" is a song by ROY WOOD that is included in his album BOULDERS and that now appears on YouTube with the cover of NO ANSWER by ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA in a renamed and unofficial 2021 SUPER DELUXE EDITION version, perhaps because it was performed numerous times by ELO at the beginning of their live concerts back in 1972.
The truth is that "DEAR ELAINE" sounds very good, it's a very good song and, indeed, it could well have been another cut within NO ANSWER perfectly. We record this on our website.
On the other hand, we note that 2021 SUPER DELUXE EDITION is not an official release, but rather, the announcement of the next remix of songs from official multitracks by an ELO fan, who considers this album to be the worst mixed of the band's entire collection.
The same fan assures that he has access to a large number of extra songs from the sessions, which he has remastered to improve the sound quality, and will try to finish this work by next December 3, 2021.
